










Fynbos form part of the Cape Floral Kingdom the smallest and richest floral kingdom. This is no small feat if you consider the South American Rainforest is included in this select group of floral kingdoms worldwide. The King Protea and the beautiful red Disa can be found amongst the Fynbos and is a must see to anyone that visit this region of Africa.
The wildlife that lives in the fynbos adds to the splendor of this majestic region. The cahcma baboons, klipspringers, grysbok, dassies, mongoose, striped mouse and the endangered Micro frog are in the Cape Floral Kingdom

When you enter this tranquil Botanical Garden, you leave behind you the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s replaced by calm relaxing feeling amongst the sugar bushes (Proteas), heats (Ericas), conebushes (Leucadendrons), and cape reeds (Restios). The birds sing joyfully to accompany you on your trip through this wonderland.
